Terms of Service

Last updated: 23 July 2026

Please read these Terms of Service carefully before using Norma. By using the platform you agree to these terms. If you are using Norma on behalf of a business, you confirm you have authority to bind that business to these terms.

1. Acceptance of terms

By accessing or using normabooking.app, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, you may not use the platform. These terms apply to all users — clients making bookings and business owners using the platform.

2. What Norma provides

Norma is an online appointment booking platform that connects clients with service businesses in Cyprus. We provide tools for businesses to manage bookings and a booking interface for clients to schedule appointments. Norma is not a party to the appointment itself — the service is provided directly by the business.

3. Business accounts

Business owners must provide accurate information during registration. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. You must not share your account with others. Norma reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms or are used fraudulently.

4. Subscriptions and billing

Business accounts are billed on a monthly subscription basis. All prices are in euros (EUR) and exclude VAT where applicable. Subscriptions renew automatically each month. You may cancel at any time from your dashboard — cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. We do not offer refunds for partial months.

5. Free trial

New accounts receive a 14-day free trial with full access to all features. No credit card is required during the trial. At the end of the trial, you must subscribe to continue using the platform. We reserve the right to modify or end trial offers at any time.

6. Client bookings

Clients may book appointments without creating an account. By making a booking, you confirm that the information provided is accurate. Appointments are subject to the business's own cancellation and no-show policies. Norma is not responsible for the quality, safety, or outcome of any service booked through the platform.

7. Acceptable use

You may not use Norma to: post false or misleading information, impersonate another person or business, attempt to gain unauthorised access to the platform, use the platform for any unlawful purpose, or interfere with the platform's operation. Violation of these rules may result in immediate account termination.

8. Intellectual property

All content on normabooking.app — including the Norma name, logo, design, and software — is the property of Norma and protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not copy, reproduce, or distribute any part of the platform without our written permission.

9. Limitation of liability

Norma is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the platform, including loss of bookings, revenue, or data. Our total liability to you shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 3 months preceding the claim.

10. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Cyprus. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Cyprus.

11. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. We will notify business account holders of material changes by email. Continued use of the platform after changes constitutes acceptance. The "Last updated" date at the top of this page reflects the most recent revision.

12. Contact

If you have questions about these terms, contact us at hello@normabooking.app or call +357 99 211 705, Mon–Fri 09:00–18:00 Cyprus time.
